Guuuud, what a stunning photo Ingrid! Reminds me of that American photographer, what's his name, always beautiful and dramatic scenery, always black and white.... Adams ??????? perhaps????
ReplyDeleteIt might remind you of Ansel Adams but I am a faaaaaaarrrrr cry from being nearly as capable a photographer as the Guru Himself. But thanks so much for the compliment, it was a stunning day and the landscape speaks for itself. Yunnan, Yunnan!
ReplyDeleteSo, this is the region I want to go to when next in China!! Yunnan, Yunnan!!
ReplyDeleteI know that I live in Sichuan, which is one of the most beautiful provinces in China (the western part at least) but Yunnan is absolutely heaven on earth if you are looking for pure, intense, raw beauty. You really should pop on down south when you're here, you'll probably never leave! (I really like Yunnanese food, but no one can beat Sichuan there).
